The 19th Annual Conference of European Armies for Noncommissioned Officers 2026 (CEANCO 26) took place in Thessaloniki from 04 to 08 May 2026 and was attended by participants from 32 countries, including Greece, NATO, European, and Balkan countries.

The purpose of the conference, which was co-organised by the US Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) and the Hellenic Army General Staff, was for NCOs from allied countries to exchange views, strengthen relationships among them, and exchange views on best practices for collective security.

The conference was attended by the USAREUR-AF Commanding General, General Christopher Donahue, the USAREUR-AF Deputy Commanding General, Major General Christopher Norrie, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, and the Commanding General of the Supreme Military Command of Epirus and Macedonia/NRDC-GR “MEGAS ALEXANDROS”, Lieutenant General Grigorios Bountliakis.
