The Land Operations Tactical Planning Course – LOTPC was conducted, from 09 to 20 February 2026, on the premises of the Hellenic Army War College in Thessaloniki, with the participation of 24 students from 7 foreign countries and 3 observer Officers from the Swedish International Centre (SWEDINT).

The Course’s aim was training in the Military Decision-making Process, during the planning and conduct of tactical operations, enhancing interoperability and cooperation at a multinational environment. The training was conducted with the contribution of a mobile instructors group from NRDC – GR, consisting of 13 Greek and Allied Officers, aiming to obtain accreditation for the conduct of training per NATO standards.

The students’ graduation ceremony took place on Friday 20 February 2026, in the presence of the Army Inspector General/Commander of the EU – OHQ Lieutenant General Stavros Papastathopoulos.
