The Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis visited the NCOs School at Trikala, where he addressed the personnel and the Students, on Wednesday 14 March 2018.
During his address, he particularly emphasised:
Patriotism, as the foremost element which must characterise the modern NCO and future leader, in the anthropocentric role of Leadership as well as the acquisition of knowledge as a basic qualification for personal advancement, but also as a basic factor for an effective future Army.
Furthermore, he stressed to the Students and the personnel of the School the need to conduct command by setting an example and the need for setting and succeeding in goals at a personal and professional level, so that their continuous improvement will be achieved throughout the various fields.
