On Wednesday, 13 June 2018, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis, met at his office with the Director US Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Command (AMCOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), Mr. Brian A. Wood.
During the meeting, issues of mutual interest were discussed, to further promote cooperation with US Land Forces and to look more closely into bilateral relations. Kiowa Helicopters program was also evaluated and the two men discussed on ways to reinforce these helicopters, by granting extra spare parts.
