On 07 June 2019, a ceremony was held to kick off exercise “STRIKE BACK/BS/BRE 2019” at the Novo Selo Training Area (NSTA) in Bulgaria, in which the Hellenic Army participates with personnel and assets of the XXV Armoured Brigade and the 1st Army Aviation Brigade.
The participation of Hellenic Army troops in this exercise is part of the Military Cooperation Programmes with land forces of Balkan countries and United States Army Europe (USAREUR).
