The oath-taking ceremony of the Career Sergeants of Class 2019 “Lieutenant Colonel (INF) Athanasios Sakettas”, was conducted on Friday 12 July 2019, at the premises of the NCOs School in Trikala, in the presence of the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff (HAGS) Lieutenant General Georgios Kambas, the Commander of the 1st Army/EU-OHQ Lieutenant General Konstantinos Floros, the Political and Religious leadership, the local authorities and other bodies of the city of Trikala, as well as numerous relatives of the oath-taking sergeants.
The Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff presented 160 new Career NCOs with their graduation degrees, of which 134 were from Greece (92 men and 42 women) and 26 from Cyprus (23 men and 3 women).
