On Tuesday, 25 May 2021, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalambos Lalousis, paid a visit to the area of responsibility of the C Army Corps (C Army Corps/NRDC-GR “ALEXANDER THE GREAT”), at the HQ of the Service Support Division and the Hellenic Army War College. Particularly, In the area of responsibility of the C Army Corps, the Chief visited the bases of the 2nd Mechanised Infantry Division (II Mech Inf Div “ELASSON”), the 33rd Mechanised Infantry Brigade (33 Mech Inf Bde “KYDONIES REGIMENT”) and the 34th Mechanised Infantry Brigade (34 Mech Inf Bde “COL DIALETIS DETACHMENT”).

During his visit, the Chief visited Units and military premises and he confirmed the high level of the Formations’ operational readiness and of the training provided in the College, and he provided guidelines for the accomplishment of their missions.
