On Friday, 14 September 2018, in the Hellenic Army General Staff, the Army Inspector General – Deputy Chief HAGS, Lieutenant General Nikolaos Manouris, replaced Brigadier General (ret.) Eleftherios Kontogiannis' medals and commendations, which were destroyed during the 23 July 2018 fire.
HAGS, recognising that the above are not mere accessories of the uniform, but a recognition of every serviceman's meritorious service, proceeded to replace the loss.

Within the framework of personnel welfare, the Hellenic Army General Staff plans and implements actions to upgrade the healthcare services provided to its personnel. A token of the 441st Base Medical Supplies Depot personnel's innovation, high professionalism, and specialised scientific training is the manufacture of the new product "Orphenadrine and Paracetamol",
which is produced exclusively at the military pharmaceutical laboratories of the 441st Base Medical Supplies Depot. The product, after the completion of its development by the scientific personnel and its stability studies, was submitted to the National Organisation for Medicines, which issued a production license exclusively for the Army.
The new pharmaceutical product is a combination of active substances and is used as a muscle relaxant:
- in cases accompanied by muscle spasm of various aetiologies.

On Wednesday, 12 September 2018, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis, visited the Ordnance Corps Training Centre, the 63rd Mobilisation Unit, and the 36th Signals Company in "Athanasiou Diakou – Syntagmatarhi Tsakalou" Camp and the 695th Base Ammunition Depot in "Anthypolohagou Panourgia" Camp in the area of Lamia.

On Monday, 10 September 2018, first year students reported to the Career NCO School for enlistment.

The new students and their parents were welcomed at the main gate by School Officers, NCOs, and second and third year students. The new students then went through the standard enlistment procedure and became part of the Army family.

The enlistment day schedule included a tour of the School's facilities and a briefing on:

- The living conditions for students

- The organisation, mission, work, and main activities of the School

- The training provided (academic and military) and their future career options

We wish the first year students of the Career NCO School a successful career in the Army.

On Tuesday, 11 September 2018, first class cadets reported to the Hellenic Military Academy (Evelpidon) in Vari for enlistment.

During the enlistment, the Academy's gates opened to receive the first year cadets and their parents and family.

The enlistment day schedule for the new cadets included a tour of the facilities and an extensive briefing in the Academy amphitheatre on:

- The living conditions for cadets

- The organisation, mission, work, and main activities of the Academy

- The training provided (academic and military) and the future career options for the cadets

- The schedule of events, throughout the year, to celebrate the 190 years since the establishment of the Hellenic Military Academy (Evelpidon).
