On Wednesday, 14 November 2018, the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis, visited the Armour School in Avlonas, where he delivered a speech before the 199 trainee Captains of Arms – Corps of the 3rd Training Series for 2018 of the Advanced Training Single Branch.
The Chief in his speech referred to:

    Their academic education and their professional training that form important parameters for their career development;
    A series of personal thoughts, experiences and events that occurred to him throughout his career. The Chief aimed at inspiring the new Captains to learn lessons, to form attitudes and to gain experience that will assist them in their career development in the Army;
    He encouraged them to believe that each one of them is able to make a difference at all levels.

We wish them luck with the completion of their studies, health and strength in the fulfillment of their duties for the sake of the Army, the Armed Forces and our Country in general!
